Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To discuss the social media concept, characteristics of social networks and their use in different areas, to prepare a successful social media communication plan that can be used in different sectors and to learn how to report communication activities in social networks.
Course Content: Web 1.0 and Web 2.0, Internet Sites, Blogs, Micro-Blogs, Social Networks, Content Strategies, Event Management, CRM, Social Media Tracking and Reporting.
