Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to make students recognize the following concepts: general scope; legal sources; the law of obligations; cooperatives law; highway traffic law; road transport laws; private pension savings and investment system law; disaster insurance law; Insurance law numbered 5684; consumer law; regulations; general conditions related to the branch; court jurisprudence and doctrine; parties and obligations under the insurance contract; general information about the insurance contract; the declaration and notification obligations of the insured; the obligation to inform the insurer; the place of general principles of insurance in legal regulations; regulations and scope; internal audit in insurance; independent and state control; arbitration.
