Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Economic view; Today and future of world economy; expectations from industry and trade life; developed and emerging country trades; foreign trade indicators of turkey; managing institutions in foreign trade and functions; markets in foreign trade and effects of agreements to the companies management; power of international competition to the management of companies in international trade; structural relations of companies; HR in foreign trade companies; behaviors of employee and managers in foreign trade companies; developing understanding levels of employees according to international norms; application of starting a business to international trade.
Course Content: • Interpretation of necessary economic indicators for companies engaged in foreign trade management,
• Making predictions about the future (budget, investment, profit sharing, etc.).
• Domestic and foreign trade practices against the company in favor of relations abroad,
• Identification of related administrative activities with market research and selection of goods or services for export,
• Coordination in foreign trade companies, organizational communication,
• Regulation and control of resources in foreign trade companies,
• Collective wisdom and motivation in foreign trade companies,
• Changes in foreign trade management company
