Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is explaining the concept of law, justice, difference between theory and practice and comparing them by analyzing the selected examples from both Turkish and world literature. In this course critical thinking and examining actual events with philosophical and judicial theories.
Course Content: The aim of this lesson is to enrich the vocabulary of the future jurists (because the literature and the law are based on the words). Since the topic of both branches is “human being”, it is also aimed to understand human being (in literature), instead of only to judge him (in law). For this purpose, it is targetted to enrich and to improve the level of culture and knowledge of future jurists as well as to enlarge their imagination.
