Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course provides and emphasises the importance of a comprehensive coverage of International Trade Law, including Public International Law, Private International Law and International Dispute Resolution.
Course Content: This course focuses on International Organisations (WTO, UNCITRAL), International Contracts, with emphasis on recent developments and the increasing complexity of the laws of global trade. Additionally, the course includes International Dispute Settlement, Arbitration and Mediation.
