Course Objectives: |
Students to achieve the ability to manage and realize complex engineering projects, especially involving information technologies, and especially software intensive system development projects, in particular, using contemporary approaches, technologies and tools. |
Course Content: |
Nature of IT projects, conceptualization and project planning, human resource, project scoping and scope management, work breakdown structure and project estimation, project scheduling and budgeting, risk management, communication, monitoring and reporting, IT project quality management, institutional change, resistance and issue management, project closure and evaluation. |
