Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to provide a foundation in supply chain management. Students will learn about this and learn the skills necessary to manage the supply chain.
Course Content: The main content of this course is to learn the fundamentals of supply chain management and to learn the flow of all ingredients that contribute to a final product.

This course focuses on the practices and principles of supply chain management, including material and logistics management.

Topics of the course include supply systems, supply chain coordination and integration, facility planning, capacity planning, inventory management, order processing, outsourcing and supply chain risk management.
