Course Objectives: | This course welcomes students into the economic dimensions of hospitality and tourism industry. While providing an understanding of the scope and complexity of the industry, the course covers the subjects “tourism as an economic activity, tourism supply, tourism demand, general economic effects of tourism, effects of tourism on monetary economy, effects of tourism on real economy” and other economics of hospitality and tourism topics. |
