Course Objectives: Having knowledge and experience about Disaster and Emergency situations / Gaining experience / Having knowledge and experience about the effects of Disasters on human psychology and post-disaster psychosocial intervention.
Course Content: Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to the Course and Disaster Relation, Post-Disaster Psychological Intervention Program, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Secondary Indirect Trauma, Psychological Evaluation of Traumatic Experience, Manipulation of Loss and Grief Time, Post-Traumatic Growth and Development, Childhood Neglect and Abuse, Disaster and Outbreak illness, Disaster and Migration, Afetainability to other vulnerable groups (Elderly, disabled ...) manageability.
