Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to understand effective management techniques of human resources within the business environment of the organization. In this context, they will better understand the human function in organizations and the evaluation of human resources management within the scope of systems, procedures and activities, and its function within the framework of areas such as ethical practices during the management of employees. Strategic human resources management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, employee motivation, reward techniques, change management and flexibility will be discussed within the scope of the course. |
