Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce important concepts, theories and approaches in training and development; to explain the importance of training and development, to introduce practices in organizations, to gain the skills to take part in practices related to training and development studies.
Course Content: The main subjects of this course include basic principles and basic concepts in training and development, strategic aspects of training and development, training needs analysis, preparation and implementation of training program, presentation techniques, learning the basic principles of learning and learning, training and development methods, training evaluation, international training and development, individual and organizational learning, ethics in training and development, current issues and trends in training and development.

1) Explain the essential body of knowledge in the area of human resource management, including evolution of the discipline, the state-of-the-art concepts, scientific methodology, theories and models
2) Employ the appropriate tools and analytical techniques to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in the related areas, interpret results and propose solutions
3) Recognize the importance of technological development, especially in information technologies, and utilize them in human resource management
4) Evaluating knowledge in the dynamic business world and areas related to human resources management to identify needs, managing change by using critical and creative thinking process
5) Have the necessary knowledge on theoretical, scientific and best practices necessary to establish human resource management systems from the beginning or to develop existing systems
