Course Objectives: | Expanding and evaluating how various nutritional conditions such as hunger and satiety change the behavior of the person, what should be done in these situations, which foods are related to consumption of the neurotransmitters that affect the behaviors and how they can be directed and how to apply the behaviors. |
Course Content: | Physiology of hunger and satiety, the effects of weakness and obesity on behavior, psychological and socio-cultural aspects of food intake and nutritional behavior,the ways in which various nutrients affect behavior, nutrients affecting neurotransmitter formation and their precursors |
