Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to explain how people, companies and institutions need to manage crises as a threat perception. |
Course Content: | Crises are a process that is sensitive not only to governments but also to companies and employees. As long as the crises are not managed well, they lead to destruction, bankruptcies and loss of value. The content of the program is to inform the candidates about the crises of the world, mistakes and lessons learned from these mistakes, how to turn crises into opportunities and how crises should be managed. |
