Course Content: | National and International Aviation Organizations, Traffic Rights and Agreements Introduction to Passenger Services Airline Precious Forms and Tickets Passengers who requires Special Services. The concept of Overbooking. Flight Acceptance ( check-in ) Boarding Procedure Flight disruptions , passenger announcements on arrival operations. Passenger Service Messages , Transfer - Transit Operations. Passport, visa and security applications. |
