Course Objectives: | To explain basic concepts and resources of judiciary law, administrative suits and proceeding, law methods, and ruling of the court. |
Course Content: | It also addresses all aspects of the administrative proceedings and focuses on practical information in the administrative proceedings. The topics discussed are the Administrative Judiciary Organization, Duties and Authorities, the types of the proceedings, the parties to the case, the duration, the proceedings, the suspension of execution, the remedies. It is aimed to address the issues related to Administrative Proceedings in a way that will include all relevant legislative arrangements on the basis of a petition. |
