Course Objectives: The aim of this course; definition of organizational behavior; diversity and cultural values; ethic; personality and attitudes; attitudes and job satisfaction; emotions and mood; perception and individual decision making; motivation concepts and applications; fundamentals of group behavior; understand business teams; Contact; leadership; power and politics; conflict and compromise; basics of organizational structure; organizational culture, human resources policies and practices; To provide students with basic knowledge and skills on organizational change and stress management and application areas.
