Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is development of the construction industry are making progress in our country about real estate valuation in line and the map is becoming one of the most important business area of the cadastral areas are therefore intended to be the basic principles of real estate valuation in the course. For that purpose the course content basic mathematics of finance, taxation laws and professional regulations, consists of different methods of valuation methods and strategies used between nations.
Course Content: Basic finance mathematics, Construction accounting, Real estate finance, Purpose and use of appraisal, Value comparison approach, Cost approach, International valuation standards
