Course Objectives: | After providing information about the building elements and the general structure, roof cover types as building envelope; wooden roofs, terrace roofs, vertical circulation tools; It is aimed to obtain structure, material and detailing information about stairs, ramps, elevators, escalators. |
Course Content: | The basis for understanding, designing and drawing the "structure" and "construction" of roof systems and vertical circulation systems has been established. User requirements of roof systems and stairs systems, structural design inputs, performance requirements expected from the element, element components, element stratification models are handled with the production process. In this process, roof types and systems as well as vertical circulation systems are carried out by the adaptation of the practices and teachings to the project. This process is designed within the scope of the application project with its own special projects and is completed with the system detail. |
