Course Objectives: | The object of the design process is that the project, which is design by future architects, is considered as ecological, social and economical. In this process it is expected to future architects by using handcraft and mental coordination to design different place solutions and consider different user requirements. In this regarg, it is expected to future architects to design patial solutions which is convenient for construction from urban scale to details. In addition, it is objected that settlement is an example in terms of sustainability and urbanization and to create awareness for local community. |
Course Content: | In the given area, a study, which is in scope of social and ecological sustainability from scale of urban design to architectural units, will be conducted. After upper scale, it is expected to students to work on building detail and to work on individual project by using urban analysis datas. There will be 3 sketch exams and 2 jury presentation to evaluate situation of future architects in the process. At the end of the semester, studies of students will be evaluated after final jury. In this process, it is compulsory to attend %100 to workshops. |
