Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to conduct a detailed examination of the legal responsibility of the physician and private hospitals.
Course Content: Within the scope of national and international legislation, the physician's right to health, medical malpractice / conditions, legal liability, and unfair acts and contractual responsibilities will be discussed. The conditions of the compensation lawsuit filed against the hospital of the patient, who was damaged as a result of erroneous medical intervention in terms of private hospitals, the responsibility of the worker, the responsibility of the assistant person's actions, the full hospital admission contracts, the divided hospital admission contracts and the responsibilities of the hospitals according to these contracts and the relevant judicial decisions.
