Course Objectives: | This course aims to give students general information about the legal system in Turkey with a special look at the structure of institutions which have a separate arrangement in Turkey within the framework of civil law, unlike other legal systems. |
Course Content: | We explore the basic conceps of law including different its sources, passing through the different branches of law. The constitutional law will be discussed comparatively with the previous Turk-ish Constitutions In this course we take care of making dynamic lessons with the participation of the students which is also an excellent way also to improve public speaking ability and boost the confidence level. |
