Course Objectives: | In this course, it is aimed that the students have a good knowlodge of the current literature about the non-surgical Phase I treatment of periodontal and peri-implant diseases, and learn to perform the appropriate treatment. |
Course Content: | In this course, instrumentation in Phase I periodontal and peri-implant treatment, oral hygiene instructions, patient motivation, additional adjunctive therapy to non-surgical treatment, evaluation of occlusion and periodontal splint applications, orthodontics-periodontics, evaluation and rehabilitation of local factors will be discussed. |
