1) To reach the original and innovative definitions and qualifications related to the concepts, institutions and methods of private law and sub-disciplines of private law
2) Based on theoretical and applied information, developing solutions for law enforcement
3) To evaluate and use the knowledge at the level of expertise acquired from the field of private law and sub-disciplines of private law with a systematic approach
4) Developing new ideas and methods in private law and sub-disciplines using high level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
5) To establish functional interaction in solving problems arising from legal theory and practice and affecting social life
6) Taking part in national or international projects and / or developing new projects
7) Expressing their results in an academic language, orally and in writing, by producing original thoughts and research.
8) Following up-to-date information and developments in the field from domestic and foreign sources, evaluation, evaluation and use with a systematic approach
