Course Objectives: | At the end of this course, students will gain knowledge on physiological basis of exercise and principles of exercise adaptation, effects of training on motor properties and responses to exercise in different environmental conditions |
Course Content: | In this course, the physiological basis of the training, the effects of different types of exercise on motoric properties, to determine the physiological characteristics of the performance tests applied to athletes are discussed. |
