Course Objectives: | To teach appropriate exercise and treatment approaches by knowing the individual and group properties of all the elements that make up the spine in spine health. |
Course Content: | This course includes; Cervical spine evaluation, Thoracic spine evaluation, Lumbal spine evaluation, Cervical region exercises and treatment approaches, Thoracic region exercises and treatment approaches, Lumbal region exercises and treatment approaches, Exercise selection according to dysfunction, Principles of progressive exercise program according to dysfunction, Group exercises to protect spine health, Group exercises for those with spine problems, Case applications (Cervical), Case applications (Thoracic), Case applications (Lumbal) I, Case applications (Lumbal) II; includes topics. |
