Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The purpose of this course; to teach physical education and exercise and to teach students content techniques and applications of fitness.
Course Content: The definition of fitness in the literature.
• Uses basic movements in fitness literature.
• Defines the function, goals and philosophy of fitness.
• Scientific development of fitness sport and
• How to use the relationship with fitness disciplines within each other.
