Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to provide the students with the basic theories of management and organization. |
Course Content: | This course includes the basic concepts and issues related to the management of an organization, the basic organizational theories (classical, neoclassical, modern and new approaches) and the impact of the external environment and organizations, planning, organizing, steering and supervision of the four basic management functions. |
