Course Objectives: | It aims to define the role of manager in nursing services management practices, examine the functions in the nursing services management steps and associate selected organizational behaviors with work environments. |
Course Content: | This course covers the role of the manager nurse in planning, organization, execution, control and evaluation steps, managerial problem solving, change planning, maintenance presentation models, work schedule preparation, evidence-based nursing, nursing human resource management, quality management, accreditation and legal ethics / professional Includes topics. |
