Specific Admission Requirements

Education language of the program is Turkish,

The grade of the candidates applying to the programe is calculated as 30% of undergraduate grade point average and 70% of exam results (providing that at least 70 out of 100 ). Success grades are ranked from the highest score to the lowest score. If necessary, depending on the nature of the related arts limitation of application areas, according to the fields on the distribution of quotas on the proposal of the Board of the Institute is carried out by the University Senate. The list of the accepted students to the graduate programs,including the quota lists, are declared by the Directorate of Social Sciences Institute.

The grades are calculated as follows:

For candidates who are accepted by ALES: (not graduated from any of Fine Arts or Arts and Design Faculties) 30% of ALES score , 20% of undergraduate grade point average and 50% of an oral interview and assessment test file;
For candidates who are not accepted by ALES: (graduated from Fine Arts or Arts and Design Faculties) 30% of undergraduate grade point average, oral interviews and 70% of portfolio assessment test

Program Admissions Requirements

-Being graduate of an undergraduate program.
-Getting minimum 55 from ALES (equally weighted) points. (Candidates who are not graduated from any Fine Arts or Arts and Design Faculties.)
-Having a portfolio in the field of Fashion and Textile Design.
