Aim of the Programme

Okan University's Department of Gastronomy aims to increase knowledge in all areas related to the food and beverage industry as well as to increase the quality of applied education to international level, to achieve excellence in gastronomy education and to further enhance the cooperation with the sector to train graduates with the necessary and indispensable qualifications.
