Aim of the Programme

The objectives of the Educational Administration and Supervision Doctorate program are as follows:
a) To train people who can make data-based policy decisions and to provide data-based projection to the system.
b) To contribute to Turkish National Education by shedding light on policy makers and stakeholders of the system by developing and analyzing data-based information and policies.
c) To make scientific contribution to the training of qualified education managers in our country by gaining the skills required by the 21st century and producing academic knowledge.
d) To train qualified lecturers and scientists that our universities need in the field of education management.
e) To lead different research and methods in the field.
h) To contribute to the scientific knowledge and academic development of the field at different levels and dimensions of educational management with an interdisciplinary approach.
