	1) Develop and deepen the current and advanced knowledge in the field with original thought and/or research and come up with innovative definitions based on Master's degree qualifications. 2) Conceive the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with ; come up with original solutions by using knowledge requiring proficiency on analysis, synthesis and assessment of new and complex ideas.	1) Yüksek lisans yeterliliklerine dayalı olarak alanındaki güncel ve ileri düzeydeki bilgileri, özgün düşünce ve/veya araştırma ile uzmanlık düzeyinde geliştirir, derinleştirir ve bilime yenilik getirecek özgün tanımlara ulaşır. 2) Alanın ilişkili olduğu çeşitli disiplinler ve alt alanları arasında ilişkiler kurar, uzmanlık bilgilerini yeni ve karmaşık fikirlerin analizi, sentezi ve değerlendirmesinde kullanarak özgün sonuçlara ulaşır.

1) To be able to comprehend the aims and principles of Turkish National Education System 2) Knowing the basics of school leadership.	1) Evaluate and use new information within the field in a systematic approach. 2) Develop an innovative knowledge, method, design and/or practice or adapt an already known knowledge, method, design and/or practice to another field; research, conceive, design, adapt and implement an original subject. 3) Critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation of new and complex ideas. 4) Gain advanced level skills in the use of research methods in the field of study.	1) Alanındaki yeni bilgilere sistematik bir biçimde yaklaşır ve alanıyla ilgili ileri düzeyde araştırma yapar. 2) Bilime yenilik getiren yeni bir bilimsel yöntem geliştirir ya da bilinen bir yöntemi farklı bir alana uygular; bu noktada özgün bir araştırmayı tasarlar ve gerçekleştirir. 3) Yeni ve karmaşık fikirlerin eleştirel analizini, sentezini ve değerlendirmesini yapar.

	1) Investigate and improve social connections and their conducting norms and manage the actions to change them when necessary. 2) Defend original views when exchanging ideas in the field with professionals and communicate effectively by showing competence in the field. 3) Ability to communicate and discuss orally, in written and visually with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio C1 General Level.	1) Sosyal ilişkileri ve bu ilişkileri yönlendiren normları eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla inceler, bunları geliştirir ve gerektiğinde değiştirmeye yönelik eylemleri yönetir. 2) Uzman bir topluluk içinde özgün görüşlerini savunur. 3) Bir yabancı dili en az Avrupa Dil Portföyü C1 Genel Düzeyinde kullanarak ileri düzeyde yazılı, sözlü ve görsel iletişim kurar ve tartışır. 4) Ulusal ve uluslararası tüm çalışmalarda kültürel farklılıkları göz önünde bulundurarak iletişim kurar.

	1) Contribute the progression in the field by producing an innovative idea, skill, design and/or practice or by adapting an already known idea, skill, design, and/or practice to a different field independently. 2) Broaden the borders of the knowledge in the field by producing or interpreting an original work or publishing at least one scientific paper in the field in national and/or international refereed journals. 3) Demonstrate leadership in contexts requiring innovative and interdisciplinary problem solving.	1) Bilime yenilik getiren, yeni bir bilimsel yöntem geliştiren ya da bilinen bir yöntemi bir alana uygulayan yayınlanabilir özgün bir çalışmayla bilime katkıda bulunur. 2) Ulusal ve/veya uluslararası hakemli dergilerde alanı ile ilgili bilimsel makale yayınlayarak alanındaki bilginin sınırlarını genişletir. 3) Özgün ve disiplinler arası çalışmalarda liderlik yapar. 4) Çalışmalarını bağımsız veya bir takım üyesi olarak yürütür.
