	1) Conceive the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related with. 2) Interpret the knowledge about the field by integrating the information gathered from different disciplines and formulate new knowledge. 3) Solve the problem faced related to the field by using research methods.	1) Kamu hukuku ve özel hukuk alanlarında ve alt disiplinlerinde edindiği uzmanlık düzeyindeki bilgileri hukuk kuramı ve uygulamasına ilişkin konu ve sorunların analizinde kullanır. 2) Kamu hukuku ve özel hukuk alanları ve alt disiplinlerinde edindiği uzmanlık düzeyindeki bilgileri, farklı disiplinlere ilişkin bilgilerle birlikte değerlendirerek yorumlayabilme ve bunlardan hareketle yeni bilgiler oluşturur. 3) Hukuk kuram ve uygulamasında karşılaşılan sorunları hukuk alanına özgü araştırma yöntemlerini kullanarak çözümler.

	1) Communicate current developments and studies within the field to both professional and non-professional groups systematically using written, oral and visual techniques by supporting with quantitative and qualitative data. 2) Investigate, improve social connections and their conducting norms with a critical view and act to change them when necessary 3) Communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B2 General Level. 4) Use advanced informatics and communication technology skills with software knowledge required by the field.	1) Kamu hukuku ve özel hukuk alanlarında ve alt disiplinlerinde edindiği uzmanlık düzeyindeki bilgiler ile hukuk kuram ve uygulamasına ilişkin güncel gelişmeleri alanındaki ve alan dışındaki gruplara yazılı ve sözlü olarak sistemli biçimde aktarır. 2) Hukuk kavram ve kurumları, yerleşik hukuk uygulaması ve hukuk kurallarını eleştirel bir gözle sorgulayarak gerektiğinde bunları geliştirir ve değiştirmek üzere girişimde bulunur. 3) Bir yabancı dili en az Avrupa Dil Portföyü B2 Genel Düzeyinde kullanarak hukuk alanındaki bilgileri izleyebilme ve meslektaşları ile iletişim kurar. 4) Hukuk alanının gerektirdiği düzeyde bilgisayar yazılımı ile birlikte bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerini ileri düzeyde kullanır.
