About Program
The scope of the program is to educate technical elements which have the ability to adapt to emerging technologies. As a result of theoretical and practical training the objective is to educate construction technicians that can assist civil engineers with technical knowledge and skills in preparation of projects and control studies, draw projects by hands as well as in computers, measure and evaluate the topography of the construction site, make the quality control of the materials, have good knowledge about quality control and standards.
As a result of rapid growth in construction and building sector there is a growing need for specialists. The European Union Process, increased community awareness, and earthquakes reality show that there will be a great demand for trained personnel in our country. The target of the program is to meet the qualified labour requirements of this area. Program graduates will be able to carry out various tasks in the construction sector, the relevant municipal units, tunnel and dam construction projects, public enterprises and private construction companies and project offices. Students will also be able to practice during the internship period.
Graduates can be employed as technicians and assistant project managers in many business areas.
