The purpose of this program is to train health personnel who can sell prescription glasses, all types of lenses, optical vision equipment, glasses frames, eyeglasses and sunglasses, or prescription glasses in prescriptions given by physicians specializing in eye diseases. Throughout the program, our students are equipped with the skills of physics, eye structure, eye diseases, business and marketing knowledge as well as technical instrument skills as well as optician profession knowledge.
Our students who graduated from our program, which is an intensive cooperation with associations and organizations operating in the Optical Sector, gain the title of health technician and are the authorized personnel who can open an optical institution. In addition, our students are able to find the opportunity to apply their knowledge in the optics sector and get to know the sector closely during 'On-Site Applied Education Periods'. For this reason, our graduates can keep up with the rapid developments in the optical sector and find jobs with ease. |
