Program Training Goals

(The objectives determined in line with the purpose of the program are stated below.)

1	Has advanced knowledge in the field.
2	Has the ability to transfer information about the field to employees and teammates.
3	The have the ability to interpret and analyze data, to define problems and to suggest solutions by using the knowledge she has acquired in the field in her decisions, practices and behaviors.
4	Conducts research and studies on issues related to the field.
5	As a project coordinator or participant, he/she takes responsibility in accordance with the project objectives.
6	Determines the purpose and target for the Organization/Institution.
7	Critically evaluates the acquired knowledge and skills.
8	Demonstrates understanding of the continuity of the learning need.
9	He/she conveys his/her thoughts and suggestions at the level of knowledge and skills he/she has acquired regarding his/her field, to the interested parties, verbally and in writing.
10	Communicates effectively with stakeholders in the professional field.
11	He/she uses information and communication technologies together with computer software with at least the European Computer License Advanced Level required by his/her field.
12	Follows the information in the field and communicates with colleagues by using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.
13	The organization/institution acts in accordance with business and social ethical values.
14	Analyzes and effectively executes the relations of the Organization/Institution with its stakeholders.
15	It has the ability to encourage innovations.
16	Thinks critically about the organization/institution.
17	They have sufficient awareness of the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values, environmental protection, occupational health and safety.
