Program Training Goals

(The objectives determined in line with the purpose of the program are stated below.)
1 Independently studies and manages advanced topics on air transportation
2 Plans project development activities on air transportation management and manages the related actions.
3 Gets involved in multidisciplinary teams; works effectively and takes responsibility by organizing, planning and directing team working
4 Follows the developments in science and technology on air transportation related subjects with the awareness of life-long learning, renews herself/himself continuously, critically evaluates his/her knowledge about the field.
5 Explores, recognizes, identifies, formulates and solves the problems in the scope of air transportation; for this purpose, selects and applies appropriate analytical methods and modeling techniques for business practices
6 Studies and uses effectively both in theoretical and practical fields and in the environments of national and international air transportation individually and as a member of multidisciplinary teams.
7 Analyzes a system, system components or processes and designs under realistic constraints to meet the desired requirements; applies the methods of modern design in this direction.
8 Selects and uses the modern and technical tools required by air transportation applications
9 Aware of social and universal effects of air transportation applications and related solutions; communicates effectively with the persons and institutions related to her/his field, develops solutions to problems, shares ideas (verbal/written) by supporting with quantitative / qualitative data.
10 Expresses his/her awareness of social and universal effects of air transportation applications; demonstrates his/her awareness of issues of entrepreneurship and innovation.
11 Has awareness on project and enterprise management, workplace practices, environmental and safety issues; has awareness about the legal consequences of air transportation related applications.
12 Is aware of ethical and professional responsibility.
