Program Training Goals

1	To realize the current problems in the fields of management and control of educational institutions and to develop alternative solutions to these problems.
2	To train managers who will make educational institutions effective and productive, use advanced technology effectively, have leadership skills, think critically, do team work, know and use scientific processes.
