Program Training Goals

1	To train candidate administrators with the leadership knowledge, skills and practical experience required by the age to effectively lead schools and institutions.
2	To contribute to the effective and positive solution of candidate managers to the main problems affecting education.
3	Supporting continuous professional development between practices and theory while improving the knowledge of educators on educational management and supervision
4	To make them think about educational policy issues
5	To give the opportunity to contribute to developing the education system for qualified learning and teaching
