4) Types and classification of media used in microbiology, the principles of use and preparation of media, dye types and methods are learned

5) Explain the genetic structures and gene transfer mechanisms of microorganisms, and the clinical importance of bacteriophages.

6) Describes the principles of sterilization, disinfection and antisepsis and clinical applications

7) Classification of antimicrobial agents according to their mechanism of action, principles of use of antimicrobial agents, development of antimicrobial resistance
