Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:
The aim of the course is to analyse the individual application to the AYM, which was accepted in 2010, to evaluate the features in practice and the regulations on this subject and to share it with the students.
Course Content: -Fundamental rights and freedoms regulated in the ECHR and AY
State obligations in terms of fundamental rights and freedoms
-Effect of constitutional rights and freedoms in private law disputes
-The effect of constitutional principles and freedoms in private law proceedings
The effect of the ECHR on private law
- AYM decisions regarding disputes arising from private law
-Related AYM and ECtHR Case-law
