Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to give students general information about the legal system in Turkey with a special look at the structure of institutions which have a separate arrangement in Turkey within the framework of civil law, unlike other legal systems.
Course Content: We explore the basic conceps of law including different its sources, passing through the different branches of law. The constitutional law will be discussed comparatively with the previous Turk-ish Constitutions
In this course we take care of making dynamic lessons with the participation of the students which is also an excellent way also to improve public speaking ability and boost the confidence level.

Program Outcomes
1) Adequate knowledge in mathematics, science and engineering subjects pertaining to the relevant discipline; ability to use theoretical and applied information in these areas to model and solve engineering problems.
2) Ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems; ability to select and apply proper analysis and modelling methods for this purpose.
3) Ability to design a complex system, process, device or product under realistic constraints and conditions, in such a way so as to meet the desired result; ability to apply modern design methods for this purpose. (Realistic constraints and conditions may include factors such as economic and environmental issues, sustainability, manufacturability, ethics, health, safety issues, and social and political issues according to the nature of the design.)
