Course Objectives: | In this course, the concept of condominium ownership and the legal nature of the concept, the establishment of condominium ownership, the concept of condominium easement and the legal nature of the concept, the rights and obligations of condominium owners, the board of condominium owners and its management, measures in condominium ownership, termination of condominium ownership and special provisions regarding collective buildings will be discussed. |
