Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is aimed to give the theoretical training about the duties and responsibilities of ambulance and emergency care technician in order to make the personnel who will use the ambulance and ambulance equipments competent in reaching the patient to the nearest health institution in vital situations. Introducing the used devices and materials, Types of ambulances, Ambulance service standards and their responsibilities are aimed to be taught.
Course Content: Ambulance Service Standards Emergency Medical Service System Vehicle and Equipment Control Traffic Information Radio and Communications Legal Responsibility Ambulance Materials and Usage Tools and materials used in fracture-dislocation-sprains Birth set Environmental Aciller; Burn Set Environmental Emergency; Trauma kit Disaster recovery and safety Case study
