Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: -To teach and learn how to use of theoretic and solfege of Western Music.
To improve musical talent of hearing- listening and writing.
-The solfeggio pieces to be read may vary depending on the class level.
Course Content: - Harmonic, melodic, and natural scale exercises in minor tones
- Reading and writing exercises in Simple, compound and irregular time signatures (duple, triple and quadruple)
- Developing tone knowledge, including 5-sharp and 5-flat tones
- Transposition exercises
- Tempo ​​and dynamic terms, and their application in the curriculum book
- Developing readings in the F clef
- Rhythmic readings in G and F clef
- Exercises 1-10 from the Tonal Deşifre book
- Introduction to 2-sharp and 2-flat tones in solfeggio reading
- Dictation exercises
- Beginning exercises on listening to and analyzing music
