Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Establishing the relationship between the right to healthy life and health law, administrative organization and functioning in the field of health, and examining the basic principles, legal problems and solutions.
Course Content: Definition of Health Law, Concepts of Health Law and Medical Law. Historical Development of the Right to Health The Legal Relationship Between Physician-Patient The Types of Debt Medicine Intervention Arising from the Treatment Agreement Medical Ethics Health Related Institutions and Organizations Basic Regulatory Processes Related to Health Legal and Criminal Responsibility of Health Personnel
