Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To ensure that the relevant data are analyzed, possible and actual problems are identified, appropriate improvement activities are identified and implemented, and the results are followed, using quality systems and practices in health, quality improvement techniques.
Course Content: Quality development leadership and strategies, system / process and data analysis, determination of areas open to improvement, determination and implementation of priorities and corrective / preventive actions.
