Course Objectives: | Bu dersin amacı hücre yapısı ve insan vücut sistemlerini, fiziksel özelliklerini, metabolik, enerji kaynaklarını, egzersiz fizyolojisini ve yaşa göre özelliklerini anlatmaktır. Yaşlıda düzenli fiziksel aktivitenin vücut sistemleri üzerine olan etkileri ve olası faydaları anlatılmaktadır. Bu derste yaşlının fizyolojik yapısına uygun egzersiz tipleri, şiddeti ve süreleri açıklanmaktadfır. Ayrıca fiziksel egzersizin yaşlıda iskelet kas sistemi üzerine olası tehlikelerinden de bahsedilmektedir. |
Course Content: | What is exercise, pre-exercise warm-ups, metabolic energy and exercises, resting muscles and exercises, nervous system and exercises, respiratory system and exercises, movement, stretching and joint movements, body mechanics, water therapy and pool gymnastics, upper and lower extremities, elbow and shoulder after injuries exercises, forearm and wrist injuries exercises, liming and prevention gymnastics. |
