The aim of this course is to learn the basic concepts, models and theories in management and organization; evolution of managerial thought; planning, organizing, directing and controlling functions of management; organizational structure and design; internal systems in the organization; organization and its environment; organizational alignment; organizational culture; organizational performance; social responsibility and ethics; managerial decision making; To shed light on students' leadership theories and practices.
