Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives:

The main purpose of the Business Law course is to give information to the business students about the fields of law that will benefit a business. Legal relations that concern the business are processed within a certain framework; In the context of special debt relations required for operators, sales, rent and financial lease agreements are also explained. In addition, explanatory general concepts in the fields of private and public law are also discussed.

Course Content:

Legal transactions; classification and formation of contracts; scope of commercial law; commercial transactions; assignment; commercial papers; partnerships; the rights of minors in the business entity; illegal aspects of bankruptcy; mergers; acquisitions and intellectual property; laws of patents; copyrights and trademarks; consumer laws; product warranties; rental relationships.
